Two days ago, on Friday 06/17/2022, Vladimir Putin had a speech planned talking about how Russia has been under constant Cyber Attack, which in his mind is not consequences put upon him and his followers by Anonymous around the world due to their genocidal and illegal actions in Ukraine. No to Vladimir Putin the cyber attacks are being sent to him by a number of countries that are just anti-Russian and are being mean to him.
Unfortunately for Putin, his big speech that involved this self victimization, was delayed due to
"massive cyber-attacks"
Now here at Make A Difference we choose not to post propaganda, so we will not be quoting the entire speech. However if you choose to see it for yourself you may do so here.
For those of you not wishing to read the entire speech given by this Murderous Russian Dictator, the contentious Tzar wannabe and formerly KGB indoctrinated grunt, Putin complained on about how the consequences of his actions have multiplied. His explanation inferring as to why Anonymous could not be responsible is that,
"Experts believe it would not be possible for lone hackers to achieve that."
He followed this with an explanation on how "other Countries" have special cyber military troops for this kind of thing, which is incredibly likely, but I can't help but ask if it was wise to dismiss Anonymous as he has here. Now sometimes it can be easy to over speculate on things such as this but Putin made it easier to understand what he was talking about as he explained websites being taken offline, complaining how his propaganda machines keep being hacked and telling the truth, which he unsurprisingly labeled as "false information."
The 5ft 7in self crowned King big boss of Russia went on to explain then to his people why he and his administration have been so, completely unable to protect themselves, by blaming Western Sanctions and the Global Cooperate support for Ukraine, which has resulted in Russia being restricted on access to foreign IT products and software and in some cases have been completely cut off.
Following this with an executive order to improve Russian Information Security, Putin did what he does naturally of course, he once again lied to his people. Putin claimed
"Even today, it can be said that the cyber aggression against us has failed, as well as the entire sanctions attack on Russia."
Now, Mr. Putin, just because you say something that you want to be real does not make it become fact.
